8 chicken thighs or 8 pieces of chicken
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 cup (cha) of melted butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups (cha) of spicy ketchup
1/3 cup (cha) of water
2 medium onions, cut into rings
1/2 cup (cha) of grape juice
6 mushrooms, peeled, seeded, and sliced

Season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper
Brush with butter and place in a refractory or baking dish for about 15 minutes
Mix ketchup, water, onion, grape juice, and mushroom, blending well in a blender
Pour over the chicken
Cover with aluminum foil
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) preheated for about 50 minutes
Remove the foil and let it cook for another 30 minutes or until it browns slightly.
