Gently pound each chicken breast, flattening them
Season with salt
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish coated with oil

In a pan, melt the butter and add honey and soy sauce
Pour the glaze over the chicken and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 45-50 minutes, covered with aluminum foil
Baste the chicken with the glaze every 15 minutes
