1 Gently pound the chicken breast, flattening it
Season with salt
Place the chicken breast in a prepared baking dish
2 In a pan, melt the butter and add the honey and soy sauce
Place the glaze over the chicken and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C, for 45 to 50 minutes, covered with aluminum foil
Baste the chicken with the glaze every 15 minutes
3 Remove the foil and increase the temperature to 200°C
Bake for another ten minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and tender.
