1 1/2 kg of chicken thighs
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of ketchup
3/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder

Rinse the chicken thighs and pat them dry with paper towels
Place them in a greased refrigerator form
In a bowl, whisk together all the remaining ingredients and baste the chicken
Refrigerate for 1 hour
Heat the oven to moderate temperature (170°) and bake for 50-60 minutes or until the chicken is tender when pierced with a fork
While baking, glaze the chicken with its own sauce and, if needed, add some hot water, turning the chicken occasionally
Serve 6-8 portions
