2 large onions (300 g) chopped

1 turkey breast de-boned from around 3 kg, cut into 2 cm cubes

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

2 large red apples (380 g), peeled and cut into slices
3 cups of water (720 ml)
1 cup of coconut milk (240 ml)
2 green peppers, cut in half (for decoration)

In a large skillet, over medium heat, cook the onion and garlic in butter, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon, until the onion is soft (around 5 minutes)
Add the turkey breast and cook, stirring constantly, until browned (around 10 minutes)
Add cumin, cinnamon, coriander, black pepper, ginger, and apple, and mix well
Pour in water and bring to a boil
Reduce heat, cover the skillet, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the meat is tender (around 50 minutes)
Combine coconut milk and stir well
Serve turkey breast on a platter, garnished with green peppers
