3 medium cucumbers (150g), peeled and seeded, cut into sticks

Preheat the oven to 400°F (hot)
In a processor, blend all ingredients except for the turkey breast and cucumber until smooth
Set aside
Line a baking dish or a refractory form with aluminum foil, leaving excess on the sides to wrap the turkey breast
Place it in the center of the paper, season with the reserved mixture and arrange the cucumber around it
Close the paper forming a package
Put it in the preheated oven until the turkey browns (about 1 hour and 30 minutes)
Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately
