6 fillets of pescadinha or linguado (100 g each)
2 tablespoons of butter
1/4 cup of finely chopped onion
1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
A few drops of pepper sauce
1 1/2 cups of cooked, drained, and chopped spinach
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 clove of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Sweet paprika to taste

Season the fish fillets with salt. Reserve
In a 20 cm diameter microwave-safe dish, combine the butter and onion
Microwave on high for 2 minutes, or until the onion is soft
Add the grated cheese, salt, pepper sauce, and spinach
Mix well
Distribute this filling over the fish fillets
Roll each fillet lengthwise
Place the rolled fish near the edges of the dish. Reserve
In a small microwave-safe dish, combine the olive oil and garlic
Microwave on medium for 1 minute
Brush the rolls with the garlic butter and season with lemon juice
Sprinkle with sweet paprika
Cover with plastic wrap, leaving a small opening, and cook on medium for 6 to 9 minutes
Let it rest for 3 minutes
Remove from oven and serve with lemon slices.
