4 cod fillets
1 liter of milk
Milk-based sauce
1 cup (ch) of fresh dill, chopped
2 cups (ch) of salted butter, chopped
2 chopped onions
2 chopped garlic scapes (use only the white part)
1 cup (ch) of unsalted butter
2 cups (ch) of milk
For cooking the fish
1 cup (ch) of fresh cream
To taste: salt and black pepper
4 cod fillets

For cooking the fish
1 cup (ch) of fresh cream
To taste: salt and black pepper
Cook the fish in milk for approximately 10 minutes
Remove with a skimmer and reserve the milk and fish separately
Make the sauce: sauté the butter, onion, and garlic scapes in a pan
Add the cooking milk from the fish and cook for 5 minutes
Transfer to a blender, blend well, and strain
Return the sauce to the heat and add the cream, dill, salt, and pepper
Allow it to thicken slightly and serve with the fish
Cook for 3 minutes and serve immediately.
