Cut off the pea pods and cut them into small pieces
Boil the milk
Combine the pea cubes, butter, and well-beaten egg yolks
Season with salt and cook until thickened, stirring constantly
Remove from heat and add the cheese
Let it cool for 10 minutes
Add the fish
Beat the egg whites until stiff and combine with the previous mixture
Place in a greased baking dish and bake in a moderate oven under a water bath for 1 hour or until inserting a knife into the center, it comes out clean
