Beat the beer with the egg yolks
Add the flour and salt, mixing well
Add the melted butter or margarine and let it rest for 30 minutes
Beat the egg whites until stiff and add to the previous mixture, stirring carefully
Heat the vegetable oil
Dip the fish pieces in the batter and fry in the hot oil until lightly browned
