1 kg of lingcod fillets

Dip the fish fillets in lemon juice and then in wheat flour
Fry in hot butter or margarine until golden brown
Arrange in a 5 cm deep dish
Mix together the garlic, lemon juice, orange juice, olive oil, green onion, pepper sauce, and salt to taste
Pour this sauce over the fish
Cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours
Serve as an appetizer or main course
Garnish with olives and lemon slices
If desired, serve with mayonnaise
