Cut the fish into small cubes
Set aside
Cut the avocado into small cubes and divide it in half
Set aside
Mix the fish with half of the avocado
Season with parsley, ginger, scallion, half of the lime juice, pepper, and salt
Set aside
Season the other half of the avocado with olive oil, salt, and the remaining lime juice
Set aside
When serving, mix both halves together.
