Chop the parsley
Mix with cumin and green scallions
Stuff the fish
Season with salt
Make incisions in the fish on both sides
Brush with olive oil
Lay a sheet of aluminum foil over a baking dish
Place the fish on top
Douse with olive oil and cover with another layer of aluminum foil, sealing the edges tightly
Bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour or so
Serve in 6 portions
