1 whole fish of 1 kg (tinha)
1 piece of chopped bacon
1 chopped onion
2 tablespoons of green pepper finely chopped
2 cups of fresh parsley cubes
1/2 teaspoon of thyme
1 tablespoon of butter
Salt to taste

Season the fish with salt
Place the bacon on a plate, cover with paper towel and microwave at high power for 1 minute
Remove the paper, add the onion and pepper, and cook for another 2 minutes in the same intensity
Mix in the remaining ingredients
Stuff the fish and insert toothpicks to close both sides
Tie with a string
Microwave for 6-8 minutes at high power until the fish is cooked
Check with a fork: if the meat separates into shreds, it's done
Leave in oven for another 2 minutes
Serve immediately
