1 package of penne pasta
2 cans of beer
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
1/2 tablespoon butter
1 beef bouillon cube
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Salt and black pepper to taste

Cook the pasta in abundant water according to the manufacturer's instructions
While that's cooking, prepare the sauce
Sauté the finely chopped onion in butter
Add one can of beer and the beef bouillon cube
Let it simmer for a few minutes
Dissolve the cornstarch in the other can of beer and pour into the pot
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened
Adjust salt and black pepper to taste
Serve immediately.
