Remove the skin and seeds from the bell peppers and cut into slices
Heat a pan with the onion and garlic in the olive oil until they start to brown
Add the bell peppers and cook for 10 minutes, adding 1/2 cup of water and salt as needed
Serves 5 people
Note: To remove the skin from the bell peppers, char them over an open flame until blackened
Then use a knife to scrape off the skin.
