4 ripe pears
1 cinnamon stick

200 g of dark chocolate
1/2 cup (ch) of milk
1 tablespoon of butter
4 ripe pears

Peel the pears, cut them in half and remove the cores
Place them in a pan and add cinnamon, cloves and brandy
Cook over low heat until the pear is tender. Reserve
Sauce: Mix the chocolate, cut into pieces, with milk and cook over low heat
Cook until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth, then remove from heat
Add butter and mix vigorously
Let it cool and serve with the cooked pears.
