Ingredients: 1 small Amazonian or Prince honey (400g); 1/2 cup of strawberries; 2 tablespoons of sugar; 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Directions

Cut the honey in half and remove the seeds

Blend the strawberries with sugar and lemon juice in a blender

Pour the strawberry puree over the two halves of honey

Cover and refrigerate until serving time

Or cut the honey into cubes, place on plates and pour the strawberry puree over the top

Serve 2 times.
