Directions

Chop the mint and mix with the sugar and lime juice

Cut the pineapple in the lengthwise direction into two parts

Empty each part removing a whole chunk from the pineapple

Remove the hard part from both chunks

Cut into pieces and mix with chopped mint

Arrange inside the pineapple shells
