Peel the mango and process the pulp in a processor or blender
Combine the lemon juice and vanilla, and mix until it forms a puree
Scoop the puree into a 23 cm diameter plate
Cut the pears in half and then make vertical cuts without separating the slices from the stem
Place the pears on top of the puree and arrange them to resemble a fan
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at high power for 8 minutes
Let it rest in the oven without opening, for 5 minutes
Let it cool, garnish with fresh hortelã leaves, and serve.
