3 cups of water
2 cups of sugar
6 pears without skin
3 sticks of cinnamon
2 lemon slices

Put all ingredients in a pot
Cook over low heat until the pears are well cooked and the syrup thickens
Remove and let it cool
Refrigerate for at least two hours
Serve chilled.
