Season the pork loin with salt, pepper, and chopped herbs
Drench melted butter all over the meat
Place in a baking dish and roast in a medium preheated oven
During the entire roasting time, baste with hot beef broth, but don't let it burn at the bottom of the baking dish
If necessary, add more warm water
Roast until the meat is tender and nicely browned.
