1 turkey of 5 1/2 to 6 kg
For the wine marinade:
2 large onions
4 cloves of garlic
4 sprigs of rosemary
10 sprigs of thyme (leaves)
1 tablespoon of salt
1/2 tablespoon of black pepper
1/2 cup of olive oil
2 cups of vinegar
2 cups of water
1 turkey of 5 1/2 to 6 kg
For the wine marinade:

Wash the turkey and place it in a large bowl
Beat all the ingredients for the wine marinade in a blender
Pierce the turkey in several places
Douse with the wine marinade
Let the turkey marinate for some hours, or overnight
Flip some times
Place the turkey and marinade in a baking dish
Cover with aluminum foil
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for approximately 4 hours
Douse occasionally with the marinade
Add water to the baking dish if the marinade starts to dry out
When the turkey is almost done, remove the aluminum foil to let it brown
Remove from the oven
This turkey is suitable for making 5 different recipes, serving 4 to 5 people each.
