4 cod fillets
1 minced garlic clove

Sauce:
1 chopped onion
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of oregano

Preheat the oven to 220ºC
Season the cod fillets with garlic and salt
Rinse and pat dry the peppers, then bake for 20 minutes at 220ºC
Don't turn off the oven
Remove the skin, cut the peppers in half, and remove the seeds
Place 1/2 pepper on each cod fillet, roll up, and secure with a toothpick
Dust with breadcrumbs and a bit of hot pepper sauce
In a baking dish, arrange the fish rolls and bake at 180ºC until cooked through
Sauce:
Sauté the onion in olive oil, then add oregano, the remaining hot pepper sauce, lemon juice, and salt to taste
Mix well and serve with the fish.
