1 pound of medium-sized shrimp, cleaned
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
3 large tomatoes, peeled and seeded, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon of green or red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 can of cream of milk
Salt to taste

Cook the shrimp in a marinade with lemon juice for 5 minutes
Drain and rinse
Drown the onion and garlic in butter
Add tomatoes, black pepper, nutmeg, bell peppers, and salt
