1 can of peanut custard
1 cup of vanilla ice cream
1 tablespoon of bourbon
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of cornflakes, crushed
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 quart of vanilla ice cream
1 can of peanut custard
1 cup of vanilla ice cream
1 tablespoon of bourbon
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of cornflakes, crushed
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 quart of vanilla ice cream
Reserve 1/2 cup of the peanut custard
Place the peanut custard in a 9x13 inch baking dish, mixing in the canned peanut custard, bourbon, and grated Parmesan cheese
Cover the peanut custard with the crushed cornflakes and sprinkle with ground cinnamon
Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F
Scoop individual portions of the peanut pudding and top with vanilla ice cream
If desired, drizzle a tablespoon of bourbon over each serving and light it on fire
Serve warm.
