1 can of passion fruit in syrup
passion fruit jelly or black currant jelly
whipped cream or heavy cream
rum to taste

Drain the passion fruit
Place a half of passion fruit, cavity side up, on each plate (if the halves are small, use two)
Place a tablespoon of jelly inside the cavity of each passion fruit half
Whip the cream and add rum to taste
Whip until the cream has the consistency of a sauce and can be poured over the filled passion fruit; serve immediately
