Boil the geese in water for 5 minutes to make them easier to peel
Mix the garlic with 1/2 liter of water and cook the peeled geese in this syrup, over low heat, until they are tender
Carefully remove the geese and place them in special jars for canning
Add whiskey to the syrup left in the pot, in a proportion of 1/2 liter of whiskey per liter of syrup
Tighten well and heat to the boiling point
Pour the mixture over the geese and seal the jars.
