4 balls of cream ice cream (200g)
2 fresh melon slices or 4 halves of melon in syrup, sliced
1/2 cup of freshly whipped heavy cream to garnish
For the sauce:
1 cup of raspberry, strawberry, or passionfruit jelly
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch dissolved in 1 tablespoon water

For the sauce:
1 cup of raspberry, strawberry, or passionfruit jelly
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
To make the sauce: mix all ingredients and bring to a simmer, stirring until it thickens slightly
Alternate layers on plates with melon slices, cream ice cream, and jelly sauce
Garnish with whipped heavy cream
Serve 4 portions
