In a bowl, mix the sifted flour with 3 tablespoons (of soup) of sugar and the whole eggs
Add the milk, mix, and add the rum
Obtain a semi-heavy dough
Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices
Arrange at the bottom of a refractory mold, greased
Cover with the dough and sprinkle with the remaining sugar
Bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes or so
