Combine corn with 1 cup of water in a blender
Blend and strain through a sieve, squeezing well with a spoon
Return the liquid to the blender and add baking powder
Blend for another minute and a half

Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over low heat for 10 minutes
Remove from heat and reserve the mixture

Dissolve gelatin in 6 tablespoons of boiling water and mix with cream cheese
Add cream cheese with gelatin to reserved corn mixture and blend well with a spoon
Distribute the obtained cream into small cups, decorate with a cherry, and refrigerate.
