1/4 cup of olive oil
3 tablespoons of milk
1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon
500g of dried beef, cleaned
12 bananas
10 slices of bread without crust
5 cloves of garlic
1 large onion, cut into pieces
1 egg
Salt to taste.

3 eggs (slightly beaten)
To fry
1 1/2 cups of olive oil
To decorate
2 finger limes
1/4 cup of olive oil

The night before, cut the dried beef into pieces and soak it in water, changing the water at least twice
Drain
In a pan, put the olive oil, onion, garlic, cinnamon, and beef and bring to high heat until the onion is well cooked
Season with salt
Remove from heat and process with the bread, milk, and egg until you get a puree. Reserve
Peel the bananas and cut them into slices
Then cut the slices into 2cm pieces
On top of a banana slice, put a spoonful of puree and another banana slice on top
Repeat the operation with the remaining ingredients
Dip the sandwiches in the beaten eggs and fry them in hot olive oil until golden brown
Let it drain over paper towels
Decorate with lime slices and serve immediately.
