Wash the cucumbers and slice them into 1/2 cm thick rounds
Should yield 8 slices
Set aside
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth
Pour into a pot, bring to a boil, and let it simmer
Place cucumber slices into sterilized glass jars with lids, leaving 2 cm free at the top
Pour the hot liquid over the cucumbers, leaving 1 cm free at the top
The liquid will be covered due to the mustard
Close the jars tightly
