In a bowl, combine the ingredients and mix well
Shape into balls and gently press with a fork, forming ridges
In a large baking dish, greased with butter and dusted with all-purpose flour, arrange the cookies and bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes or until the base starts to golden brown (check by lifting one cookie slightly with a fork)
Using a spatula, carefully remove from the baking dish, let cool and serve.
