2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
750g of ground beef
1/4 cup of finely chopped onion
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 cup of tomato puree
1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup of pitted green olives, sliced
2 tablespoons of dried oregano
1 tablespoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of paprika
1 fillet of beef, 250g of mozzarella cheese, cut into 5cm slices
2 green peppers, sliced
2 large tomatoes, cut into thin slices
60g of anchovies, drained

In a large skillet, melt the butter or margarine and cook the ground beef with the onion and garlic, stirring frequently, until the meat browns (about 10 minutes)
Remove the meat from the heat and let it drain excess fat
Then, add the tomato puree, grated Parmesan cheese, pitted green olives, salt, dried oregano, and paprika to the meat
Cut a beef fillet into two pieces
Spread the meat over the beef pieces
Arrange the mozzarella cheese slices, pepper slices, and tomato slices on top of the meat
Bake in the oven until the cheese melts
Remove from the oven and garnish with anchovies and sprinkle with remaining oregano
Serve 4 portions.
