Make the zucchini topping
Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until they are slightly tender
Wash the zucchinis, cut off the ends, and then slice them into 1/2 cm thick rounds (without peeling)
When the onion and garlic are lightly golden, add the zucchinis, oregano, marjoram, salt, and stir well
