3/4 cup of tomato sauce
4 tablespoons of olive oil
4 tablespoons of mascarpone or cream cheese
200g of shitake mushrooms
5 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 fine garlic cloves, peeled and minced (use only the white part)
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 small onion, grated
1 pizza crust disc
Salt, black pepper, and thyme to taste

Sauté the shitake mushrooms with garlic and 2 tablespoons of olive oil for 5 minutes
Season with salt and black pepper
Set aside
On a separate pan, sauté the garlic cloves with the remaining olive oil, stirring until softened. Reserve
Add thyme and black pepper to the tomato sauce
Spread it on the pre-baked pizza crust, leaving a 2cm border
Top with garlic, cheese, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes.
