12 anchovy fillets in black olive oil, drained
1/2 cup pitted black olives

Baste with extra virgin olive oil, season with salt, and garnish with fresh oregano leaves
Place in a medium oven (180°C) for 25 minutes or in a wood-fired oven for 4 minutes, until the crust is crispy
