Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with breadcrumb
Wash and cook the spinach in water with salt until tender, then drain and chop it
Spread the chopped spinach over the dough
In a skillet, fry the small pieces of bacon, add the onion, and continue frying until the onion is translucent
Spread evenly over the spinach
Beat the eggs, season with salt and black pepper to taste, and pour over the spinach
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for 15 minutes.
