2 pre-made pizza crusts, 25 cm diameter each (280 g) or 1 basic dough recipe (see page 35)
For the topping
2 cups of tomato flesh, seeded and chopped (360 g)
1/2 cup of basil leaves (15 g)
2 cups of grated mozzarella cheese (200 g)
2 soup spoons of olive oil

Preheat the oven to 400°F (hot)
Prepare the topping: on each pizza crust, arrange the tomato flesh, basil leaves, and mozzarella cheese
Drizzle with olive oil
Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown (about 15 minutes)
Serve immediately
