6 cloves of garlic
125g of crispy bacon, finely chopped
4 tablespoons (2 1/2 teaspoons) of sweet paprika
1 tablespoon (1 1/2 teaspoons) of hot paprika
1/2 teaspoon of Jamaican pepper
500g of tender pork loin
1/2 cup of store-bought pickled cucumber, drained
6 cloves of garlic
125g of crispy bacon, finely chopped

1/2 cup of store-bought pickled cucumber, drained
In a food processor, pulse the garlic until coarsely chopped
Add 6 tablespoons of cold water and the remaining ingredients, except for the pork and pickled cucumber, and process until you get a smooth paste
Add the pork and blend lightly
Add the pickled cucumber and mix with wet hands and cold water
Shape into 6 patties, each about 6.5cm in thickness
Arrange on a plate
Heat a non-stick skillet over low heat, add the patties, and cook for 6 minutes per side, until golden brown
Serve with mashed potatoes, if desired
Yield: 6 portions, each approximately 338 calories.
