1/2 kg of fish fillets
1 1/2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice - 22.5 ml
1 tablespoon salt - 5 g
1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika - 1.5 g
1/2 cup of preserved palm hearts, cut into slices - 75 g
1 small zucchini, cut into slices - 150 g
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley - 5 g
1 tablespoon chopped green onion - 7 g
1/2 kg of fish fillets

Place the fish fillets in a greased baking dish
Brush with lime juice, season with salt and sweet paprika
Cover with palm hearts, zucchini, parsley, and green onion
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in a moderate oven preheated to 180°C for about 25 minutes or until the fish is cooked through
Serve with lime wedges
