2 cans of tuna grated
1 small can of palm heart cut into rounds (220g)

Melt the butter or margarine
Add flour and mix well
Slowly add the milk while mixing constantly
Cook, stirring until thickened
Season with pepper
Add 3/4 cup of crushed potato chips to the white sauce along with tuna and palm heart
Pour into a pre-greased refractory mold (29x30 cm)
Sprinkle with remaining potato chips
Bake in a moderate oven preheated to 180°C for 30 minutes
Serve 6 portions.
