Mix breadcrumbs with dried herbs, pepper, and coarse salt
Dip chicken thighs in beaten eggs and coat with the breadcrumb mixture
Press gently with your hands to form a crust
Bake in a medium preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
