Preheat the oven to a low temperature (150°)
Place the ham in a refrigerated mold and cut into 8 slices, without cutting all the way to the end, so they don't separate
Add orange slices and cloves between the cuts
Mix the gelatin, flour, mustard, and spread over the ham slices
Bake for 10 minutes
Serve in quarters.
