Remove all excess fat from 1 kg of cooked ham. Rub the entire surface with a bit of mustard. Mix 4 halves of pears in syrup with 10 black plums, pit removed. Add 1 tablespoon of rum aroma and 1/2 tablespoon of grated ginger. Place the ham in a baking dish and cover it with the cut pears mixed with the remaining ingredients. Bake for about 30 minutes until well heated. Serve warm.
