1 tender ham, boneless
1 medium onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon mustard
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs, processed in a liquidizer
4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 cup spicy ketchup
2 cups red wine

1 tablespoon wheat flour
1 tender ham, boneless

Cut off both ends of the ham
Furrowing and removing a little bit of the ham meat so that it's hollow inside
Process the removed ham meat with the onion and garlic in a food processor
Season with black pepper, mustard, and parsley, and mix well
Add eggs, breadcrumbs, and red bell pepper
Mix well again
Stuff this filling into the ham cavity, pressing it tightly in place
Place the ham in a baking dish
Cover the entire ham with spicy ketchup
Pour wine around the ham
Bake in a preheated moderate temperature (170°C) for 1 hour
After 20 minutes, baste the ham several times with the liquid from the baking dish
Remove the ham from the baking dish
In a pan, melt butter
Add onion and cook until translucent
Add flour and stir well
Add the sauce that remained in the baking dish
Mix well again
Serve separately with sliced ham, about 8-10 slices.
