Melt the butter over low heat and mix with the flour
Mix in the milk, water, and a pinch of salt to taste
Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until a firm dough forms
Cube the Provolone cheese
Wrap each cube completely in a small ball of dough to form a meatball
Dip each meatball into the beaten eggs seasoned with salt, then coat in pancake mix
Fry in hot oil until golden and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil
Serve warm
