Cut the siriolo in half
Reserve the top part of the siriolo and set it aside
Spread the mayonnaise evenly over the irregular surface of the siriolo base
Arrange the tomato slices on top, followed by the mozzarella slices
Choose a ripe tomato that is larger than the bocconcini to create a nice contrast with its edges
Each tomato-mozzarella combination can be garnished with as many parsley leaves as you like
The finishing touch for this sandwich - which is topped off with the two reserved parts of the siriolo - is adding thin slices of raw garlic to the tomato-mozzarella combinations
This gives it a spicy and exotic flavor.
