Three cups of milk
One half cup of coffee powder

A bring the milk to a boil with the coffee, and let it rest for 25 minutes
Cool down
Mildly beat the eggs with the sugar
Gradually add the egg mixture to the scalded milk with the coffee, and beat very well
Place in an untended pudding mold or in six small glass containers
Bake in a moderate oven (170°F) in a water bath for about 30 minutes, until the pudding is firm.
